復疊機組
多級壓(ya)縮(suo)式(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環雖然比單級壓(ya)縮(suo)式(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環達到的蒸發(fa)溫度更低(di),但受(shou)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑自身物性(xing)及壓(ya)縮(suo)機工作的特性(xing)的限制(zhi),當蒸發(fa)溫度更低(di)時(shi),采用多級壓(ya)縮(suo)式(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環還滿足不(bu)了要求,此時(shi),需要采用復疊式(shi)(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環。
復疊式冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)機(ji)是(shi)由兩(liang)個或兩(liang)個以上獨立的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)組成,分別被稱為高溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)和低(di)(di)溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)。在各單獨的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系統中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)充有(you)不同性質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji),高溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)通(tong)常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)溫制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji),低(di)(di)溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通(tong)常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)低(di)(di)溫制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)。每一(yi)循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)均可采(cai)用(yong)單級或雙級壓縮制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)。這兩(liang)個部分通(tong)過一(yi)個冷(leng)(leng)凝蒸發器(qi)聯系起來,它即是(shi)低(di)(di)溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi),也是(shi)高溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸發器(qi),即高溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸發用(yong)來冷(leng)(leng)凝低(di)(di)溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)。這樣(yang),低(di)(di)度溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)吸(xi)收(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱量(制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)量)傳給高溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji),高溫循環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)再將(jiang)熱量傳給環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境介質(zhi)。
